At Ravoda, we have an exchange/return policy subject to our terms. If you wish to exchange/return, do contact us immediately through www.ravoda.com . Once you have log in to the website, go to "terms of services" and fill up the form. Our customer service representative will be in touch with you to assist you with your enquiry. In order to facilitate exchanges, please pack the item using its original packaging, complete with sales invoice and warranty card. Any return/exchange cases after 7 days of delivery will not be entertain.
Exchange terms are strictly for the below only:
- Color faded /discolored
- Defective /Damage
- Not as picture
- All returns must be in original conditions
- All exchange /returns will be process within 7 working days
- Return shipping cost is borne by customer
All returns which do not meet the above mentioned criteria’s will be strictly declined and forfeited. We do not practice refund policy.
